  I am always looking for ways to inspire new ideas with others so that we can continue to help others achieve their business dreams. Even after 25 years in business, I continue to be as passionate about inspiring possibilities for those around me as the day Vivid Image first opened its doors. As President of Vivid Image, I can often be found strategizing with business colleagues, experimenting with new technologies, or assisting our team with initiatives that will have a profound impact on how we will provide value to our clients and community. I believe that great leaders never climb alone. Though my work as a Senior Consultant with Giant Worldwide, I fights for individuals and teams to set a new standard of leadership, build healthier relationships, and become the best versions of themselves. My personal mission is to reveal what makes each person remarkable so he or she can become a leader worth following and build an organization that everyone wants to join. I enjoy helping people develop greater self-awareness, increase connectivity, and maximize their influence using a common leadership language, visual tools, and an apprenticeship program that leads to transformation.

  Creating order out of chaos – that’s my happy place. I thrive off of systems, reliability, logic, and results. Working in the ever changing digital marketing world may seem like an odd fit for someone who may be a bit OCD, but I love it. I can bring bits and pieces of structure where it doesn’t naturally belong – what a challenge! And then there are these people I spend time with every day. I am so fortunate to spend my days with this group of unique characters (I say that very lovingly, but they’re still not getting a hug from me). I’m constantly blown away at what we can do when we put our heads together!

  I don’t think there is any company that is too small to have a great visual identity and website. My favorite part of being a graphic designer is helping businesses and organizations make sure that they get noticed whether it’s by their website, brochure, logo, social media ad, or video. I want to help you make your company successful and visually attractive. I have been with Vivid Image since 2011, and every one of my clients’ needs has been different. I love being able to problem-solve with them to make their vision come alive. Outside of the office, I enjoy traveling, hiking, and camping. Most evenings you’ll find me at the gym, or in the summer, running along the Luce Line Trail. I love trying food from different cultures, volunteering at various events around our community, and finding various ways to be creative.

  Being a Hutchinson native, I have been fortunate enough to be able to return to Hutchinson and raise my family in this great “hometown community”. For many years, I have enjoyed being able to design pieces for a number of the businesses that make up this community. I enjoy designing because it is both challenging and very rewarding.” Shannon has extensive experience in newspaper and print design. Assisting Vivid Image clients with building a strong brand identity is important to Shannon, as it’s an especially important way to help them get noticed.

  The possibilities are endless with online applications but without taking the time to define requirements and take small steps, the goals of an online application may not be achieved. I spend my time learning the in’s and out’s of how businesses work in order to move these processes online. This can range from a simple contact form to a complex ordering system. Either one produces results that make a difference for businesses and that is what makes my position rewarding.
